Its be a while since my last post. It doesn't really matter because nobody reads it. That doesn't stop me from posting away. Hopefully, I get my crap together and make this a habit. I wonder how many of my past posts end the same?

This ridiculous sketch represents an idea that I have had for some time. I find the high rate of unemployment for imperial troopers to be funny. After the Rebellion destroys the Deathstar, what would the remaining troopers be doing? Hence the sketch. I am going to be (hopefully) painting these wacky scenarios traditionally. But I wanted to do a quick sketch to get the mood going. Enjoy.

This piece was inspired by a conversation that I had with some friends over dinner. There isn't much to it. I just wanted to do something quick and fun. So I did. Enjoy.

It's been awhile since the last post, but I haven't forgotten about it. I have been busy, but that's no excuse to be lagging on these updates. Either way this isn't a finished piece by any means. Its a quick head sketch of Hellboy that I did while watching Game 3 of the Celtics/Pistons Eastern Conference series. Hopefully, I'll get off my bum and color the darn thing. It should go without saying that I am a big fan of Mike Mignola and his Hellboy series...but I'll say it anyways.

So I finished another piece. This was a fun piece to work on. There are some things that I would change, but I can fine tune these things for hours. Anyways, enjoy.

Finally. With how busy things have been at work I fell a little behind on finishing this piece. I don't know how I feel about it yet. I initially liked what I was doing, or attempting to do, but somewhere between working on it and putting it on the back burner I lost a little love for it. The colors are a bit distracting and there isn't really a concept to it. I guess there doesn't have to be...but oh well. As long as I push myself to create it can't be all that bad. I hope.
